2. Data we collect

Enquiry forms: name, email, phone and the message you send us, together with the property reference it relates to.

Client register: contact details and property-search criteria that you provide us, by email or otherwise, so we can match you with suitable listings.

Anonymous first-party analytics: pages viewed, time spent, listing interactions and a random session id kept in the browser's sessionStorage. No names, emails, IPs or cross-site identifiers are stored.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Answer your enquiry and contact you about the property (legal basis: consent / pre-contractual steps at your request).
• Keep you informed about properties that match your search (legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time).
• Aggregate, anonymous analytics to understand how the website is used (legitimate interest, no personal data).

4. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and the limitation periods established by law.

Client-register data is kept until you request its deletion or withdraw consent.

Analytics data is aggregated and retained for internal reporting purposes, then deleted.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Your data is processed by Baxson 2007 S.L. and its hosting and email providers, acting as data processors under the appropriate GDPR guarantees.

If a transfer to a provider located outside the EU is necessary, it is carried out under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, data portability and withdrawal of consent, free of charge, by writing to info@baxson.com or to the registered office.
